Refund and Returns Policy

We hope that you love your purchase. If for any reason you don’t, you have 14 days from the date that you received your order, to return it for a refund. Please note that this will exclude your initial shipping cost unless your item is deemed faulty. You must return the item at your own cost. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service and keep hold of the receipt, because we cannot be held responsible for returns that don’t arrive back with us. Your return will be processed within 48hours of receipt. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your account. Please make sure that your purchase is returned in the original packaging and any delicate items are packaged securely.

If you’d like to exchange your purchase for another item, you will need to return your order and place a new order.

Faulty

Where an item is deemed faulty, after investigation we will offer you a refund or replacement. Please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your delivery at ludoblooms@gmail.com
